By accessing or using CollabBoards, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
You agree not to use CollabBoards for any unlawful purpose, to upload harmful content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, or to interfere with the service.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
You retain ownership of all content you create on CollabBoards. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the service.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability.
CollabBoards is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of CollabBoards after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
