When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name. When you use CollabBoards, we collect the content you create (boards, cards, drawings, shapes) and usage data such as timestamps and session information.
We use your information to provide and improve CollabBoards, process payments through Stripe, send transactional emails (account verification, password resets), and ensure the security of your account.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS) with row-level security policies. Payment information is processed and stored by Stripe — we never store your credit card details directly.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate CollabBoards: Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), and Vercel (hosting).
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You can delete your account and all associated data through your account settings.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
